Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: Processing takes 1-2 working days. It than takes 5-9 working days to be delivered. This means a total delivery time within 6-11 working days.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

If you haven’t received anything 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover the shipping costs for your order.


Exchanges and Returns
Question: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer: Yes, you can return any order within 30 days without providing a reason.

Question: I want to return an item. What should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags intact. The product should not show any signs of use.

Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 10 days.

Track and Trace
Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Answer: On the 'Track Your Order' page, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.

Question: The Track & Trace code doesn’t provide any information. What should I do?
Answer: Track & Trace information becomes available once your package arrives at the shipping company. Please note that there may be some delay in the information being updated.
